Client serves twenty-seven international markets by connecting U.S. donors to in-country agencies and organizations optimizing the philanthropic activities of large corporations as well as individuals. Manhattan Innovation Lab developed the leadership succession and staff development plans as well as the organizational restructure to support the next phase of Client’s growth. This engagement included a strategic assessment of the Client’s business, operations, governance, leadership, and talent needs. The work produced a staffing, learning, and leadership game plan to facilitate long term growth while ensuring the necessary skills are in place to meet associated challenges.  Client expectations were exceeded and Manhattan Innovation Lab was asked to support follow on implementation activities.

Regional Bank, U.S.

This “super-regional” bank needed to accelerate revenue growth from existing and new customers, but lacked the necessary resources to design and implement new sales channels.  We built the customer acquisition plan, contracted the necessary resources, designed the marketing materials, managed the data strategy, and executed multiple customer acquisition campaigns successfully establishing the complex sales channel for this Client.  The engagement necessitated a thorough understanding of the sales channel, legal and regulatory requirements for the product, as well as the Client’s specific product characteristics, existing technology, processing capacity, risk tolerance, and near term strategic objectives.
